Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital proposes to perform a series of alterations and renovations to the existing Cornwall Campus facility to improve upon and expand the delivery of services being offered to patients at this campus.  The intent of the project is to vastly improve the patient experience, create a patient friendly environment and efficiently implement the proposed program areas that are either existing or proposed.  The proposed program areas include a clinic, Urgent Care Center, Outpatient Diagnostic Imaging Center, Blood Draw and Specimen Collection Laboratories, Outpatient Reception, Sleep Lab, Wound Care with Hyperbaric Treatment, and business offices and back of house support spaces.

The Outpatient Diagnostic Imaging Center is located within the former Radiology Department and is approximately 8,000 S.F.  The program includes a waiting area, administration, Mammography Room, Ultra Sound Room, Bone Densitometry Room, General X-Ray Room, Fluoroscopy Room and a PETCT Suite. Planning will be organized to utilize as much of the existing lead lined facilities and existing services as possible, while still retaining planning efficiencies.
