Master Planning

Master Facility Plans are collaborative efforts of Hospital Administration and the Design Team with a common goal of producing a high level understanding of the Hospital’s potential. Interactive workshop meetings are conducted to discuss key issues, goals, objectives and needs were discussed and evaluated. As decisions are made, the planning process progresses, furthering identified concepts and refining options and alternatives.

Strategic Planning

Strategic planning exercise are conducted with hospital to assess current program disposition throughout facility and develop long term plan for facility growth. Highlights of planning include expansion of departments, relocation of facilities, and/or expansions of programs.

Analytic Models

Analytical models and functional program analysis are performed to develop analytics to assist in making planning decisions. Analytical models utilize accepted best practice standards to establish deficiencies or other planning criteria to be addressed. Tours are conducted through all key functional program areas of Medical Centers. Tours also consists of interviews with key staff, as well as the Presidents Council, to obtain impressions from key medical and administrative staff.
